Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager for FMCG in West Bengal & Assam with 3-12 LPA. Engage in customer prospecting, sales presentations, relationship building, and market research. Drive sales goals with effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Prospecting and Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
• Actively seek new business opportunities and customers.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

• Present products or services to potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions.

Quoting and Negotiating:

• Prepare and present price quotes.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.

Sales Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and customer needs.

Order Processing and Documentation:

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.

Reporting:

• Provide regular sales reports to management.
• Analyze sales performance and propose improvements.

Customer Service:

• Address customer concerns and issues promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services.
• Provide accurate information to customers.

Expected Salary:
